It's the classic race-and-chase game with the PopoMatic die-rolling bubble! Pop the bubble and hop your pegs around the track. Land on an opponent's peg to bump it back home! But don't you get bumped back, or you're in Trouble! Keep poppin' and hoppin' to get all 4 of your pegs to the finish line first, and you win! Trouble includes plastic game unit with PopoMatic die roller, gameboard, 16 plastic playing pegs, and 4 rubber feet.

Customer Rating: Summary: Hours of fun Comment: My five-and-a-half year old son received this game as a Christmas present and, hands down, it beats anything else that he received. He wants to play it night and day. To stir things up a bit, we've created our own new rules, such as "you have to move backwards for 2's," or "you can switch places with another player for 4's" and it makes the game even more fun and interesting.
Trouble ... it's an oldie but a goodie!
Customer Rating: Summary: great for young players! Comment: I bought this for my 6 year old for Christmas. Based on the same strategy as "Sorry", this game is easier for the very young to play. The game is intended for ages 5 and up, but I bet most 4's could play and probably even 3's would enjoy it as it could be used for learning to count, number recognition and color recognition. The dice popper is hard to push sometimes, but an older player could assist hand over hand. Overall, great game for family time!
Customer Rating: Summary: Another cheaply made toy. Comment: Like most of the other reviewers said... this game is made poorly. All it is is a piece of flimsy plastic with a cutout cardboard tucked underneath it which is "secured" into place by 4 white pegs (which fall off for that matter). They could have made it a lot better.
Customer Rating: Summary: Danger! May not be as much fun as you remember! Comment: Trouble is basically the same game as Sorry! or for that matter Candy Land and Chutes and Ladders. In any of these games, the game can take an exceptionally long time if you or your pieces keep getting sent back to the beginning. In any of these games, a cheating or difficult child can make a long game feel intolerable. By the time my 4 year old hits the zone when he can play this game without cheating or otherwise driving us crazy...my 7 year old will be 8 or 9, and will she still be interested? Perhaps.
Anyway, the point of this review is a warning -- if games in this category (go backwards/forwards based mostly on luck) are not working for your child yet, i.e. and the cheating or not getting it and resulting acting up is driving you nuts, dont buy this one. You might think maybe it will be better, based on your fond memories. Its not better. Its the same basic mechanic, and takes a good while to play.
Customer Rating: Summary: This game is a ton of fun for the whole family. Comment: I had a blast playing this game with a four-year-old child. It was great to teach her the rules and watch her count carefully as she moved her little pegs from space to space. Granted this game is for 5 years old and up, we did have a great time. I agree with the recommended age range, but if you are patient, many 4 year old children will enjoy this throroughly. The only thing I was questioning was the sturdiness of the popper. We were sitting on the carpet playing the game. That may have been the problem. I would recommend placing the gameboard on a flat surface, such as a kitchen table or coffee table, to make it easier to pop the popper. Between 5 to 8 years old is probably a good age range for this game.
