Look what's cookin' in Elmo's Restaurant -- an entire world of pretend-play possibilities! This two-sided restaurant comes with a working microphone, cash register and play money. Little chefs can turn the chunky Bert and Ernie knobs to hear fun phrases that will make them giggle. Place the pot on the burner to hear realistic bubbling sounds and hear sizzling sounds with the pan. Press on the cutting board to hear chopping sounds, and press the bell for a delightful "ding!" Elmo talks when you take the spatula out of this hand. When the cooking is complete, turn to the kitchen's Grover side for dining fun. Take the menu out of Grover's hand to hear him speak, and open/close the refrigerator door for Oscar phrases. All play pieces fit neatly inside the unit's built-in storage spaces. Requires three "AA" batteries, included. Kitchen measures 22"L x 26.3"W x 38"H.

Customer Rating: Summary: FUN, FUN, FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Comment: IT ENTERTAINS MY TODDLER FOR HOURS!!!!! I was looking to buy this kitchen for a while and just couldn't make myself pay over $60 for it. Amazon was great! Right before Christmas they had this toy for $40 and I found an old gift certificate , so it was less then $30! Plus free shipping. The delivery was great too.
But let me tell you more about the product! We got it for our 18 months old son and it was a hit for Christmas! He didn't even to look at any other toy we got for him:) It has a little microphone that is so much fun! He presses the button and tries to sing , so cute! So much to explore !!! The best buy so far!

Customer Rating: Summary: Seems good, but not much to it. Comment: I saw this & when my parents asked what they may get my son for Chritmas, I suggested it. Putting it together was easy & it seemed cute. My son loves Elmo & Cookie Monster, so it gets points with him for that alone. But overall, for the price, you get very little. It plays 1 song, which my son likes, & doesn't really say but a hanful of phrases. I've never counted, so I'd say about 10 would be it. The door for the fridge & oven come of pretty easy, the fridge door comes off so easily just opening it will make it fly off. The box brags that it comes with over 20 extra parts, which aren't that great. You'll need to invest in other play food or play kitchen items to really get much play out of it I think. There is a mic on it that works...but not for very long. I think it lasted maybe a week then shorted out. This is a lower price than when it first came out, which is much more reasonable than the first asking price. Not an awful product, but don't expect it to have much to it.
Customer Rating: Summary: Fun for first kitchen, not too complicated... Comment: My daughter is 15 months, she enjoys playing with it, it's not too complicated and that's why we chose it. The doors do come off like the reviews said, but they pop right back on. She gets a kick out of how animated the characters are, and all the noises it makes.
Customer Rating: Summary: somewhat satisfactory.. Comment: I purchased this set for my 18 month old son and he was amused for a while. He still plays with it from time to time. As for the oven door, it comes off all the time and once it's opened, it hits the floor. I am constantly putting the cookie monster door back on. It's a cute kitchen set but the sounds become repetative after a while (a bit annoying). Overall, I think the kids might like it. Kids break stuff all the time!!!
Customer Rating: Summary: How Fun Comment: My son love this toy it was the hit of christmas but if your child is like mine you will spend plenty of time putting the doors back on (snap and click)A small flaw in an otherwise wonderful toy.
